Chandra Hartman hails from the mid-atlantic state of Maryland and moved to the Florida panhandle in 1996 after graduating from design school. Her ties to the unique coastal environment run deep as she’s been a long time visitor before resident. In 2000, she started her boutique residential design company, CFH Design Studio.

Her affinity for the natural environment informs her design process and she's passionate about collaborating with her clients to create beautiful homes and well-functioning spaces that reflect their lifestyle.

Eric Marcus hails from Brooklyn, NY. He received his B.A. in American History from Syracuse University and then on to Pratt Institute to receive his Architecture Degree. He practiced in New York City for several years before moving to the panhandle where he worked with various firms in South Walton. In 20

Eric Marcus hails from Brooklyn, NY. He received his B.A. in American History from Syracuse University and then on to Pratt Institute to receive his Architecture Degree. He practiced in New York City for several years before moving to the panhandle where he worked with various firms in South Walton. In 2007 he put architecture aside to pursue photography. His projects include interiors and exteriors for several firms in S. Walton, as well as several publications. He collaborates with Chandra on a variety of design projects. Together they also own Wild. Root. Coffee and Apothecary in Lynn Haven, Florida.

Jordan Hartman-Spade has over ten years experience working with Jimmi wZ Bags in production, design, and marketing. Jordan brings a creative eye and diverse skillset to CFH Design Studio. She has spent years hanging out in architecture offices watching her mom design homes and has recently joined our team as junior drafter and designer.
