This project consisted of a complete remodel, an addition, a new carriage house, and an outdoor living area to an existing home in Seaside, Florida. A portion of the existing roof was removed to allow for a more gracious master suite addition on the second floor and a new viewing tower above. The new carriage house was restricted to a footprint of 240 sq. ft., though it sleeps 4, has a stacked washer & dryer, kitchenette and 1 1/2 baths.
